JOHN A. MOSS was born in Asheville, North Carolina and grew up in Atlanta, GA. He is a 1991 graduate of Georgia State University College of Law and a 1988 Graduate of Furman University. He has practiced his entire career in the area of railroad and FELA liability, handling transportation and maintenance of way cases throughout the country against Class I and ashort line railroads. He was commissioned into the United States Army in 1988 and spent years as a JAG Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar, is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bleckely Inn of Court and The Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. He has been an adjunct Professor of Litigation at Georgia State University College of Law since 2008.
